If the AI estimates that it can kill the wave it will never use A2 and A3. Masteries are also important.Bellower is much more valuable to build out for CC, campaign farming with him is just a waste. Fellhound is clearly best in slot, although until recently he had little use elsewhere (I even found him very underwhelming in Fk personally).
